By accessing or using CoffeeVibes ("the App"), operated by Raven Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CoffeeVibes. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

You may browse the App without an account. Creating an account is required for social features such as check-ins, coffee crawls, and saving favorites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data from the App without permission
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users

5. Content

User-generated content (reviews, check-ins, drink ratings) remains your property but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the App. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Subscriptions

CoffeeVibes Pro is a paid subscription managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoffeeVibes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate shop information, business hours, or busyness data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
